Vocations and Missions
To welcome pilgrims, particularly sick or disabled persons or those who are alone.
Notre-Dame de Lourdes Helpers are:
Involved in a process of personal and Group transformation, and a time of Prayer and penance.
Men and Women committed to making themselves available every year in order to welcome, guide and serve by providing pilgrimages, pilgrims and sick people with the necessary human and technical resources.

The spirituality highlighted at Lourdes takes precedence over the technical desire for power or expertise.
Skills are underpinned by:
- Comprehensive training,
- The acquisition of interpersonal skills through the consideration given to people (“She looked at me like a person looks at a person.”).,
- The acquisition of expertise through a comprehensive training course, ongoing training and the updating of skills...,
- People From All Nations

The role of Helpers is to welcome these people brought here by faith and allow thspan to live out their pilgrimage.
